VINIFICATION
Vins Doux Naturels is a secret alchemy process discovered in the year 1285. This process sheds light on how to retain some of the natural sweetness contained in the fruit. The traditional vinification of Muscat takes place by allowing the grape juice to macerate with their skin for a short time. This helps in better extraction of the perfumes contained in the berries.
TASTING
Appearance: Glittering gold colour
In the nose: Pronounced stunning, explosive, wild musky aroma. Delicate floral aromas of jasmine, lemongrass, verveine, fresh citrus and candied lemon. Delicious and explosive aromatic register with a good balance of acidity.
In the mouth: Fruity touches, freshness of pears, guava, pineapple and exotic fruits. Powerful and delicate flavour.

TERROIR
The Grapes are selected from the reserved vineyards of the plains of Roussillon located between Pyrenees and Mediterranean coastline. Best quality terroirs, sunshine and heat accumulation over a long period is ensured, especially at the end of the summer during its maturation, to get a perfect yield.

VINIFICATION
The process takes place directly in the stainless-steel vats. This aids in temperature controlled vinification methods in terms of nurturing and storing wines and also gives full control of the maceration and extraction phases. It is then refined carefully according to grape type. This stamp of quality helps us produce remarkable wines.

VINIFICATION
After picking for 10 to 12 hours, the grapes are kept directly in the stainless steel vats before being pressed. Since white wine grape is very sensitive, vinification methods are carefully chosen according to the temperature.
Therefore, the fermentation temperature plays a key role in preserving the aromas and freshness of the wine.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are crushed and the juice is left in contact with the skins. They are then soaked for 12 to 48 hours with low temperature and this helps to extract maximum aromas. The longer the maceration, the darker and more richly flavoured the wine. This is the secret to making quality rosé.
Syrah produces fine, high-quality wines, rich in alcohol and complex that gives an intense colour. Grenache Noir aids in developing fruity rosés that’s very pleasant to drink.
